Requirements

  • Proven experience in crafting marketing strategies and their successful implementation, with a focus on brand growth, lead generation, and content management
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and growth targets, with the ability to drive metrics like website traffic, social media engagement (especially on LinkedIn), and NPS scores
  • Experience in brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials, with the ability to maintain and update brand guidelines
  • Skilled in website management, ensuring up-to-date, SEO-optimized content in multiple languages (English and German) and a modern design approach
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to automate workflows, manage client communications, and oversee data quality
  • Event planning expertise, capable of organizing meetups, launch parties, and client events, while managing logistics, promotion, and speaker recruitment
  • Content creation expertise on LinkedIn, with a track record of increasing engagement and follower growth
  • Project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage tasks, and control budgets to deliver high-quality work on time
  • Experience with Google Office tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to manage workflows, data, and presentations efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement the overall marketing strategy, focusing on achieving key growth targets and boosting brand visibility
  • Manage digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all materials and channels while keeping the website and online presence up to date
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to improve key web pages, maintain SEO, and oversee the development of important brand assets
  • Manage external communication, including newsletters, social media posts, press releases, and major announcements
  • Lead the organization of events like meetups and client engagements to strengthen relationships within our network
