Head of Mobility Partnerships

Summary

The role involves driving the growth of partnerships with mobility companies and relocation management companies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate housing and relocation management, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of employee relocations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in corporate housing, relocation management, or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale relocation programs and maintaining client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of relocation services, including temporary housing
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Onboard new RMC or CHP partners
• Identify and execute growth strategies for existing accounts, including becoming preferred supplier
• Liaise with guest services team to ensure client satisfaction
• Deliver group move proposals and client RFPs
