- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work, from client communications and record keeping, to project execution
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain order in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Driven by achieving and exceeding targets, with a focus on delivering measurable results that align with company objectives
- Skilled in managing client accounts, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Confident and persuasive communicator, capable of creating and delivering impactful presentations to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing account plans, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with client needs and business objectives
Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the success of HopSkipDrive’s rapidly expanding Enterprise business, helping to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Proactively seek new opportunities and leverage existing networks to connect with key stakeholders across different school districts and government departments
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention and expansion, while dedicating time to building a robust pipeline of new opportunities
- Identify key stakeholders within client organizations and uncover opportunities to deliver additional value across multiple use cases
- Understand and log thorough notes on the transportation challenges and opportunities of prospects and clients, aligning HopSkipDrive’s proven solutions to address their needs effectively
- Facilitate pricing negotiations and shape high-level strategies to ensure long-term client alignment and growth in your metro
- Conduct 2-3 days of on-site client visits each week to strengthen relationships and drive engagement
