Requirements

  • Possess experience in elevating local businesses through Organic Marketing in Facebook Groups
  • Be an exceptional writer whose skills have significantly elevated social media accounts
  • Lead a team of 10+ members
  • Have a background in managing organic marketing through community engagement in Facebook Groups, specifically for similar businesses
  • Have experience working with international businesses
  • Be technically proficient in using tools like Notion for effective project management and documentation
  • Be familiar with Go High Level
  • Have English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively and sound American

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage Facebook groups organically
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow and optimize Facebook groups
  • Establish and grow social media accounts from the ground up
  • Craft and approve content for clients' Facebook Groups and social media accounts
  • Lead client-facing efforts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
  • Manage the team’s KPIs, ensuring that goals are met consistently
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Oversee the hiring of new team members
