Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a senior outbound sales role, preferably within professional services companies (bonus for experience with product/software development and/or staff augmentation)
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and techniques
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with social selling concepts and tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage the outbound sales team, providing guidance, training, and support. Recruit key talent as needed
  • Identify and target potential clients and understand their needs
  • Utilize social selling techniques to engage with prospects and nurture leads
  • Collaborate with marketing, inbound, sales and other departments to align outbound efforts with overall business goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
