Key responsibilities include delivering a significant portion of UK revenue through partnerships, scaling existing partner programs, launching new strategic partnerships, and significantly improving partner productivity. This leadership role requires managing and coaching team leads, building scalable partner acquisition and enablement frameworks, and collaborating with various departments to align go-to-market strategies. Requirements

  • 12+ years in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or BD, ideally within SaaS or high-growth tech
  • Proven success hitting channel revenue targets and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Deep understanding of referral, reseller, and service-led partner models
  • Cross-functional experience working with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops
  • UK market experience essential

Responsibilities

  • Delivering 30โ€“50% of UK revenue through partner-sourced ARR
  • Scaling Bureau and Referral Partner programs in line with 2027 growth plans
  • Launching and growing new strategic partnerships
  • Doubling average partner productivity YoY
  • Leading and scaling the UK Channel Partnerships function across Referral, Certified, and Bureau partner models
  • Owning and growing strategic partnerships that generate pipeline and ARR
  • Managing and coaching team leads across channel and SDR functions
  • Building scalable acquisition and enablement frameworks for partners
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product and Ops to align GTM strategies
  • Representing UK partnership priorities in global planning forums
