Requirements

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role
  • You think strategically with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • You have experience implementing core HR processes in an international remote/hybrid setup
  • You have in-depth knowledge of talent management and employee engagement practices
  • You have a high degree of emotional intelligence, and you are excellent at building strong relationships across all organizational levels with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have a great written and verbal command of English and German languages

Responsibilities

  • Lead the People & Culture team to develop and execute strategies that align with our business goals and values
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and report on key HR metrics to the executive team, support overall company strategy through OKRs
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet current and future organizational needs
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain talent while aligning with the company's financial goals
  • Design and oversee HR strategies like pay equity and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Own the creation and implementation of initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture in a remote-first hybrid set-up
  • Develop or initiate strength-based leadership trainings for a small leadership team to collaboratively lead the company to enhance overall organizational effectiveness
  • Implement comprehensive employee retention strategies focused on professional development, recognition, and a positive work environment
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring continuous feedback and professional development opportunities
