Summary

You will play a crucial role in shaping and scaling our people strategy, working closely with the Head of People. This hands-on position requires managing core people programs, advising managers, and creating a thriving employee environment. You will analyze HR metrics, lead annual programs, and support learning & development initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses extensive HR experience in a startup setting and a passion for building impactful employee programs. Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR/People Operations experience, with at least 2 years at Series A-C startups or companies under 500 employees
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and managing full-cycle HR programs
  • Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and manager coaching
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
  • Excellence in project management and process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters, from coaching and performance management to conflict resolution
  • Analyze HR metrics and create data-driven recommendations for leadership
  • Lead core annual people programs such as performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and compensation reviews
  • Support our learning & development initiatives and manager training programs
  • Cultivate our values-based culture and create engagement opportunities through initiatives and events
  • Ensure HR compliance, HRIS data accuracy, and maintain essential documentation
