Requirements

  • Proven experience (8-10+ years) in operations, with a leadership role at a high-growth startup or fast-paced organization
  • Experience overseeing mortgage and card financial operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies and decisions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to refine and execute the companyโ€™s long-term strategic vision
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and operational strategies
  • Establish KPIs and OKRs for operational excellence and scalability, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Oversee all core operations, including card and mortgage product lines, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards
  • Help us stand up and scale new financial products
  • Drive operational processes for our card and mortgage business to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability
  • Help us attract, retain, and engage world class talent
  • Create a high performing culture based on our defined values
  • Help us scale our team from 20 to 2000+ over the next few years
  • Oversee the legal and compliance teams, ensuring all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulatory changes affecting mortgage and credit card operations, proactively adapting processes as needed
  • Manage internal and external resources to mitigate legal and regulatory risks
