Summary

Join HyperionDev and Longdue as their Head of Performance Marketing to lead ambitious growth initiatives across education and gaming. You will report to the Director of Performance Marketing and own key growth channels, leading performance-focused campaigns. The role involves scaling learner acquisition for HyperionDev and building an audience for Longdue's upcoming video game. You will collaborate with various teams, run experiments, and optimize campaigns for user acquisition and conversion. This position requires significant experience in performance marketing, paid media, and data analysis. The successful candidate will be a strong leader and communicator, capable of mentoring junior team members and working effectively across departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing , with a clear focus on paid acquisition, digital funnels, and performance metrics
  • Proven track record owning and scaling paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic platforms β€” with experience managing six-figure+ budgets
  • Deep understanding of performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, LTV , and funnel conversion metrics β€” and how to optimise for them
  • At least 2 years in a senior or team lead role, responsible for acquisition, performance campaigns, or revenue-driving experiments
  • Experience working in a tech, education, or consumer startup environment with fast iteration cycles and ambitious growth goals
  • Strong analytical toolkit
  • Ability to design and run A/B tests, landing page experiments, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills β€” able to translate insights into action and collaborate with admissions, brand, and product teams

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Performance Marketing in executing growth strategies across HyperionDev and Longdue
  • Own specific performance marketing channels (e.g. paid media, SEO, influencers) and optimise campaigns for user acquisition and conversion
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of growth campaigns and collaborate on long-term strategic planning
  • Run structured experiments to improve campaign performance and user funnel efficiency
  • Analyse user behaviour across the journey and propose tactical improvements to increase ROI
  • Share learnings with cross-functional teams and feed insights into wider marketing strategy
  • Mentor junior team members and guide campaign execution
  • Work closely with the creative, content, and admissions teams to align performance efforts with brand and sales goals
  • Report regularly to the Director of Performance Marketing on key performance metrics and campaign outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the education sector, specifically in learner acquisition or admissions
  • Experience in scaling marketing operations and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in managing relationships with finance partners or external stakeholders in a sales context
