Summary
Join Frontify's brand team as a Brand Manager and lead a talented team in building and growing a globally and locally resonant brand. Collaborate with the Creative Director to shape a distinctive brand identity, ensuring consistent strategy across all touchpoints. Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels, and manage relationships with the Growth Marketing and Creative Studio teams. Monitor brand metrics and use data to refine strategies. Manage the external PR agency relationship. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
Requirements
- You’re able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK but feel comfortable and excited to come into our London office from time to time
- You have 7+ years of experience managing brand marketing or communications for major tech, brand, or creative companies – bonus points for success in a scale up environment
- You have managed experienced teams in the past, and enjoy fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning
- You’re a strategic and creative thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and effectively represent the company's brand
- You make a point of staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand presence and competitive advantage
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent
Responsibilities
- Team management: You’ll lead and support your team in delivering day-to-day brand, content, and communication initiatives
- Brand strategy: You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director to evolve and maintain a clear and distinctive brand identity
- Campaign strategy: You’ll develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business impact
- Tone of voice and messaging: You’ll oversee Frontify’s tone of voice and brand messaging, making sure it's consistent and aligned across all channels
- Collaboration: You’ll build and foster strong relationships with the Growth Marketing team and Creative Studio teams
- Brand metrics: You’ll oversee brand metrics, keeping a close eye on performance and using data to refine strategies
- PR management: You’ll manage our external PR agency relationship and ensure a healthy flow of earned media opportunities
