Summary

The job is for the Head of Product Growth for Sword Predict based in Portugal. The role involves understanding and improving the product to increase member acquisition and treatment outcomes. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in product management, growth or a related field, with a creative mindset, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Understand how the current product works and the roadmap for growth – including how it meets the needs and market opportunity
• Break down the product goals for member acquisition and treatment outcomes into measurable, actionable product KPIs
• Develop a method to implement experiments
• Develop roadmaps with support from key stakeholders to improve KPIs
• Deliver first successful experiments across both sets of products
• Own the long-term product vision for the product, aligning user needs, commercial impact, and experimental outcomes
