Head of Product Design

Summary

Join our Design team at Jeeves as the Product Design leader to guide the product's experience and approach on features that empower our customers. As a storyteller, doer, advocate of design systems, and team player, you will lead the creation of high-quality experiences with high velocity for B2B products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Experience designing products for FinTech and B2B are preferred
• Experience as a primary contributor to multiple high-impact projects
• Advocate the customer perspective across Jeeves - A passion to build user-focused products that solve important problems
• Willingness to get hands-on and personally recruit participants
• Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
• Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment
• A collaborative mindset, with experience working across teams and forging partnerships
• Experience managing a team of designers is desirable but not required

Responsibilities

• Design across many mediums, from mobile to desktop
• Lead the creation of high-quality experiences with high velocity for B2B products
• Keep the craft and customer empathy bar very high for the design team
• Create and collaborate on the product vision with the leadership
• Work with essential research, design, product and engineering partners
• Report directly to CPO
• Influence design practices team operations within a fully remote team
• Apply domain expertise and research to keep work moving forward
• Participate in cross-functional interviews
