Requirements
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead and deliver end-to-end product design solutions across platforms
- Bring extensive experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile, web, and SaaS products
- Possess a deep understanding of design systems, interaction design, and user-centered design principles
- Demonstrate leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing design teams
- Be proficient in Figma and other design tools, and have a solid understanding of agile methodologies and product management
- Be passionate about crafting seamless and inclusive user experiences that positively impact millions of users worldwide
- Can clearly articulate your design vision and present your ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a growing team of product designers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Shape the overall design direction for Masabiβs product portfolio, aligning with business goals and user needs
- Contribute directly to product design work, creating beautiful, user-centred designs for mobile, web, and SDK platforms
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and business development teams to drive innovation, ensuring user-centric design solutions that are both practical and visionary
- Establish and continuously refine design processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficiency and scalability across projects
- Serve as a key advocate for design within the company, presenting and communicating design decisions to leadership and external stakeholders
- Lead the team in conducting user research, testing, and iterative design processes to validate ideas and improve user flows
- Oversee the evolution and application of Masabiβs brand identity and style guidelines across all digital touchpoints
