Join OfferFit's fast-paced and supportive team as the Head of Product Design to lead the end-to-end design process for OfferFit products, manage a team of designers, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience with building and leading a team of designers
- Proven experience in a senior design role, with a portfolio showcasing complex projects and solutions
- Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma), front-end technologies, and UX research methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for rallying teams around a design vision
- Experience with data-intensive or ML products (ideally, SaaS)
Responsibilities
- Establish the guiding principles, quality processes, and working cadence that will shape the product's design and design team
- Manage and coach individual designers and build the team as we scale
- Lead the end-to-end design process for OfferFit products, from initial wireframing to the creation of pixel-perfect high-fidelity prototypes
- Proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities through a deep understanding of product vision and requirements
- Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Understand complex product workflows, distilling them into intuitive navigation flows, consistent component behavior, and a unified style
- Influence and contribute to OfferFit's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring UX considerations are at the forefront
