Join Quad Lock, a rapidly growing Australian company, as the Head of Sales (Europe) in this newly created role. You will be responsible for leading the European B2B business, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales team. Based remotely in Europe, this position requires strategic leadership, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You will develop and execute the European sales plan, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses extensive sales leadership experience, key account expertise, and strong industry knowledge within the Motorcycle, Cycling, Outdoor, or Automotive sectors. Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with the ability to lead teams and drive business growth
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale key accounts and strategic partnerships with a focus on long-term growth
- Strong ability to develop, execute, and refine regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives
- Proven experience in recruiting, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams
- Ability to engage, influence, and inspire both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, market insights, and financial performance metrics
- A hands-on leader who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to secure mutually beneficial agreements with key partners
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for planning, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity while staying connected to both the European team and global Quad Lock teams
- Must be fluent in English, with additional European languages considered a valuable asset
- Willingness to travel across Europe and work outside standard business hours when required
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for Quad Lockβs European wholesale business, ensuring alignment with global business objectives
- Drive revenue growth by managing existing key accounts while identifying and onboarding new business opportunities across diverse industries and regions
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing local sales team, empowering them with the tools and strategies to achieve exceptional results
- Actively engage with the European market, representing Quad Lock in-person to strengthen relationships and drive deeper customer connections
- Oversee the performance of major key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships, optimal sales performance, and account profitability
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, focusing on both direct and indirect sales channels to maximise growth
- Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring agreements are compliant with local European regulations while aligning with business objectives
- Identify and pursue value-added new business opportunities across the Motorcycle, Cycling, Outdoor, and Automotive industries
- Deliver comprehensive revenue forecasts, profit projections, and sales performance reports to the executive leadership team in Australia
- Oversee inventory forecasting and demand planning processes, working closely with Key Account Managers & Demand Planners for accurate forecasting and supply chain efficiency
- Provide market intelligence, sales feedback, and consumer insights to internal teams to inform strategic decision-making and product development
- Represent Quad Lock at European trade shows and industry events to promote products and establish new business relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Experience & existing networks within the Motorcycle, Cycling, Outdoor, Action Sports or Automotive industries is highly desirable
