Join Genius Sports, a rapidly growing sports technology company, as the Head of Sales for Betting and Gaming โ€“ Brazil. You will be responsible for selling Genius Sportโ€™s digital marketing services to the iGaming industry in Brazil, managing the entire sales cycle and building relationships with key stakeholders. Success requires proven experience in advertising sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to grow a team and is based in Rio or Sao Paulo. The company values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales with a track record in securing new business deals for Digital marketing services
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in sales CRM systems, ad tech, and analytics tools
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving change in the IGaming industry
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new revenue streams by engaging directly within the IGaming industry in Brazil
  • Demonstrate expertise in Geniusโ€™s Digital Marketing services capabilities, including key market differentiators
  • Secure new leads for our Fanhub media division
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers at tier 1 and 2 operators
  • Demonstrate the value of the Fanhub media buying platform through detailed product presentations and demonstrations
  • Implement a strategic plan to achieve revenue objectives
  • Effectively manage your pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce and provide regular progress reports to the leadership team
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies in sports advertising to inform strategic decision-making and sustain our competitive advantage
  • Attend industry conferences to actively pursue new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential partners
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at Genius Sports, including product, marketing, and operations, to optimize revenue streams, refine product offerings, and introduce innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of advertisers

Proven success in selling Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
