Summary
Join 360Learning as the new Head of Self-Service Business (Team Plan) and lead this rapidly growing business line. You will be responsible for scaling the business, developing a product-led growth strategy, and acting as the CEO of your division. This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. You will report to the Director of Operations and be accountable for the performance of the self-service team. The position offers a comprehensive onboarding process and opportunities for professional growth within a large, international team.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in consulting or finance and or a customer facing role, preferably in a tech startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in a fast past environment
- Analytical skills and structured thinking; you know how to turn data into a vision and build a roadmap
- Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales & marketing funnel reporting and industry KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native French proficiency, very good English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Scale this business line enabling a product led growth strategy, acting as the CEO of your division and maximizing impact
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to find and execute new growth opportunities
- Be fully autonomous to develop the business on a day-to-day basis
- Be the point of contact to report on our self serve business performance globally
- Be fully accountable for the coaching of our Self Serve Specialist in the US and North American performance
- Lead 1-2 projects to increase conversion rates and clients retention (Marketing campaigns, Product improvement)
- Identify and lead strategic projects for our Self Serve business
- Build a roadmap and define targets for the next 12 months for our Self Serve business
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert on Self-Serve business best practices and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization
- Be the internal expert on all Product Led Growth topics
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert on these topics and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization, ensuring your key learnings and efficiency improvements are applied to other parts of the organization
- Be fully autonomous and accountable on your scope
- Handle prospects and customers requests
- Deliver product demos
- Define a strategy
- Build a roadmap
- Optimize the full funnel
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience of performing software/platform demos and experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, Trello
