Partner with Growth Product to align on activation experiments, onboarding flows, and monetization strategies. Own Vercel.com as a growth surface, improving discoverability, conversion, and performance. Lead testing and experimentation in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering. Lead paid acquisition across channels, optimizing CAC, payback, and channel ROI. Support the Demand Gen team by advising on and executing paid campaigns for enterprise and ABM programs. Drive organic acquisition through technical SEO and structured content, building visibility in AI-driven discovery surfaces. Lead the digital localization strategy to grow international self-serve revenue. Define and monitor growth KPIs across web and digital channels, building a test-and-learn culture. Partner with Product Marketing, Developer Marketing, and Demand Gen to provide digital execution support and shared infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6β10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing β ideally in a PLG or developer-first SaaS environment
- Proven success scaling self-serve acquisition, activation, and monetization
- Deep knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition, and website conversion optimization
- Experience managing high-traffic websites and leading cross-functional growth experiments
- Familiarity with performance marketing in both self-serve and enterprise contexts
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, funnel metrics, and experimentation frameworks
- Comfort partnering directly with Product and Data teams
Responsibilities
- Act as the marketing owner for the self-serve business, responsible for driving top-of-funnel acquisition and fueling the PLG motion
- Partner with Growth Product to align on activation experiments, onboarding flows, and monetization strategies
- Own Vercel.com as a growth surface β improving discoverability, conversion, and performance
- Lead testing and experimentation in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering
- Lead paid acquisition across channels (search, display, paid social, retargeting)
- Optimize CAC, payback, and channel ROI through data-driven iteration
- Support the Demand Gen team by advising on and executing paid campaigns for enterprise and ABM programs
- Drive organic acquisition through technical SEO and structured content
- Build visibility in AI-driven discovery surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Lead the digital localization strategy to grow international self-serve revenue
- Develop scalable content and experimentation frameworks for global audiences
- Define and monitor growth KPIs across web and digital channels
- Build a test-and-learn culture with rapid iteration and tight feedback loops
- Partner with Product Marketing, Developer Marketing, and Demand Gen to provide digital execution support and shared infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Next.js, Vercel, or the modern frontend ecosystem
- Experience marketing to developers or technical audiences
- Early experimentation with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Experience localizing content and digital programs for global reach
