Summary

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in leadership and management roles
- Familiarity with international recruiting, particularly in the US and Korea
- A strong track record of scaling recruiting functions in high-growth, startup environments
- Experience working closely with executive and founding teams to align recruiting efforts with strategic goals
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive tooling decisions, including ATS and other recruitment platforms, from selection to optimization
- Exceptional data literacy, with the ability to define, track, and achieve key recruiting metrics
- Experience leading employer branding initiatives and building scalable hiring processes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and elevate a team
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion ensuring it is embedded in every aspect of talent acquisition
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a recruiting strategy that aligns with Twelve Labs’ growth goals, particularly in technical and AI-related roles
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent team, focusing on scalability, collaboration, and operational efficiency
- Own the strategic direction for all recruiting tools and systems, including selecting, implementing, and optimizing platforms like ATS and CRM systems
- Partner with leaders across the organization to understand hiring needs, prioritize roles, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Drive broad initiatives, including employer branding, talent analytics, and DEI strategies, to position Twelve Labs as a destination for world-class talent
- Define and track recruiting KPIs, using data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accountability
- Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for key technical and leadership roles, focusing on AI, engineering, and other critical functions
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
- Partner with hiring managers to refine the recruitment process and ensure alignment with Twelve Labs’ culture and values
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for AI-related startups or high-growth technology companies
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term strategy
