Join Amplitude as the Head of Recruiting Operations and lead the development and optimization of our global talent infrastructure. You will shape how we attract, hire, and onboard top talent by scaling processes, tools, and data systems. This role requires 10+ years of operations experience with deep knowledge of Greenhouse ATS, Workday HRIS, and AI recruiting tools. You will lead the talent operations strategy, own and optimize the Greenhouse ATS, and partner with various teams to manage system integrations. Responsibilities include building robust talent analytics, ensuring compliance, developing documentation and training, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with Greenhouse ATS and Workday HRIS, proven success in managing TA tech ecosystems, and proficiency in reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Talent, HR, or Business Operations, with a strong background in systems and process design
- Extensive hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and Workday HRIS
- Proven success in managing TA tech ecosystems and system integrations
- Experience implementing and scaling AI recruiting tools and workflow automation
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and change management capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the talent operations strategy, enabling scalable, data-driven hiring globally
- Own and optimize the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring best-in-class configuration, workflows, and usability
- Partner with People Tech, HR, and IT teams to manage system integrations across Greenhouse, Workday, and other tools
- Evaluate, implement, and drive adoption of AI and automation tools that streamline sourcing, scheduling, and candidate engagement
- Build and manage robust talent analytics capabilities to enable actionable reporting across recruiting funnels and headcount planning
- Partner with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting of key recruiting and workforce metrics
- Ensure ongoing compliance with hiring-related regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, GDPR)
- Develop documentation, training, and change management for new tools, processes, and system enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally on vendor selection, implementation, and data governance initiatives
- Drive operational excellence across talent acquisition by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies
- Serve as a trusted partner to TA and HR leaders on recruiting strategy, capacity planning, and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like GEM, Findem, BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and scheduling platforms is preferred
- High-growth or global company experience is strongly preferred
