Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Partnerships in a SaaS environment
  • A strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, contract negotiations, and commercial frameworks
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global B2B Business Development teams, with a strong understanding of how to leverage strategic partnerships and sales development to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Demonstrable experience in leveraging CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) for reporting, forecasting, and process optimisation
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a global team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across different functions and engage with customers
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on utilising insights to drive improvements and achieve measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing global team across Deal Desk, RevOps, Business Development and Partnerships
  • Spearhead the Deal Desk function, acting as the central point of contact for our Global Account Directors and, when necessary, directly engaging with customers to ensure all commercial aspects are seamlessly managed for both new and existing clients
  • Revitalise our pricing strategy in collaboration with the Product team, ensuring competitive and value-driven models that deliver exceptional service to our customers
  • Elevate our Revenue Operations by leveraging Salesforce to build accurate financial and commercial reporting, including robust revenue and pipeline forecasts
  • Drive our Global Partnerships agenda, developing and executing commercial frameworks that accelerate customer adoption, unlock cross-sell opportunities, and fuel long-term revenue growth
  • Build and scale a global Business Development function to drive qualified pipeline, accelerate market expansion, and unlock new revenue opportunities for our sales/account management team
