Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • HIPAA knowledge
  • Flexibility to work a shift within 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday, weekends and major holidays off)
  • Ability to meet the minimum PC specification requirements (BYOD - Bring your own device)

Responsibilities

  • Handling enrollment, benefits, and claims calls
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
  • Collaborating with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical or medical insurance background
  • Call center experience handling healthcare accounts is a plus
