Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- HIPAA knowledge
- Flexibility to work a shift within 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday, weekends and major holidays off)
- Ability to meet the minimum PC specification requirements (BYOD - Bring your own device)
Responsibilities
- Handling enrollment, benefits, and claims calls
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
- Collaborating with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical or medical insurance background
- Call center experience handling healthcare accounts is a plus
