Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare finance, project accounting, or budget management
- Experience with financial reporting systems, ERP software, and healthcare budgeting tools
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations, including GAAP, HIPAA, and reimbursement policies
- Expertise in budget forecasting, cost analysis, and financial modeling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial software such as Epic or Workday
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and oversee project budgets across multiple healthcare initiatives
