Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve common issues related to software, hardware, and network access
  • Track and document all support requests in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary
  • Assist with account creation, password resets, and access permissions across various platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to computer hardware, peripherals, and office equipment
  • Set up new employees with the necessary technology and provide training on company systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
