Summary

Requirements

  • Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Have 3 years of help desk or technical support experience, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment
  • Be proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems, IT ticketing systems, SaaS user account management, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and incidents
  • Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets through the help desk system to ensure prompt resolution
  • Troubleshoot user access to SaaS applications and assist with installations, updates, and best practices
  • Triage laptop and hardware issues, escalating to vendors as needed
  • Provide user training, create/update documentation, and maintain an internal knowledge base for FAQs and procedures
  • Assist the IT team with projects and other tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
  • Be familiar with consulting environments and SaaS application management
