Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and incidents
  • Log and track all support requests in the helpdesk system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or specialists
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of software and hardware
  • Perform user account management and access administration
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT problems
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
