Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in IT support across varied environments
  • Proven track record of managing technical projects or client relationships
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both PC and Mac systems
  • Experience in managing cloud-based services including Google Workspace and MS365
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and basic networking
  • Skilled in printer setup and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; Spanish is advantageous
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Should be adept at technical writing and documentation
