Summary

Join Massive Bio, a rapidly growing health-tech startup, as a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager based remotely in Brazil. You will be a key member of the business development team, focusing on clinical trial enrollment services. This role involves building and managing a provider network, identifying strategic partnerships, and promoting Massive Bio's services to healthcare professionals. You will also support patient engagement and manage referrals. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Hematology/Oncology sales within the Biotech/Pharma industry and a strong network of contacts in Brazil. Mileage or public transport costs will be reimbursed.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies, Labs or Biotech
  • An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists
  • Ability to travel to Hematologist's/Oncologist's offices, hospitals, whether using public transport or owning a car to travel
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials and the health care system
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Should be local in Brazil, and living in Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais), Brasília, Vitória (Espírito Santo) and Fortaleza (Ceará)

Responsibilities

  • Initiation, nurturing and management of provider network to build patient identification channels including but not limited to Individual physicians, Patient Advocacy Groups, Physician Associations, Boutique CROs, Hospitals/Health Systems, well-established CROs, Insurance Companies, NGS Labs by visiting and contacting them
  • Identifying and supporting agreements for potential strategic partnership opportunities for Massive Bio to expand its operations in Brazil
  • Identifying and supporting agreements for the potential referring hospitals and physicians strategically located in proximity of recruiting sites for the Clinical Trials that Massive Bio is contracted for
  • Promoting and presenting the services of Massive Bio to the provider network and following up the processes regularly
  • Following up on the referral of patients from these providers to enroll patients in Clinical Trials that Massive Bio is contracted for
  • Patient engagement support for the patients coming from direct to patient channels including patient calls and medical records collection
  • Patient referral and retention management
  • Provide timely input to Massive Bio’s CRM system about field activities; follow up communication with physicians; report results to internal leadership and team members

Preferred Qualifications

Native in Portuguese and English language
