Summary

Join HomeLight as a sales representative and be the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers. You will explain HomeLight's services, understand client needs, and offer product solutions. This role combines customer service and sales, working with warm leads from the HomeLight site. You will navigate a CRM system, document client interactions, and ensure every transaction is simple, certain, and satisfying. This is a permanent work-from-home position based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The ideal candidate has proven phone sales experience, strong customer engagement skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high volume phone sales or interested in growing their career in this field
• Ability to engage with customers and provide a consultative approach
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and Google Suite
• Flexibility in working in a start-up environment
• Demonstrates high level of proficiency in English and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• This is a permanent work from home from Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

Responsibilities

• Explain HomeLight's service to clients and gain an understanding of their specific home buying/selling needs
• Make initial contact with all home buyers and sellers offering one of our product solutions (you will have a portfolio of products to offer)
• Field warm leads from home buyers and sellers that come to our HomeLight site - No cold calling!
• Make every real estate transaction simple, certain and satisfying
• Navigate our CRM system and provide detailed notes on all client interactions
