Summary

Join HomeLight as a sales representative and be the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers. You will explain HomeLight's services, understand client needs, and offer product solutions. You will navigate a CRM system, document client interactions, and ensure every transaction is simple, certain, and satisfying. This is a permanent work-from-home position based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The ideal candidate has proven phone sales experience, strong customer engagement skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high volume phone sales or interested in growing their career in this field
  • Ability to engage with customers and provide a consultative approach
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and Google Suite
  • Flexibility in working in a start-up environment
  • Demonstrates high level of proficiency in English and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • This is a permanent work from home from Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

Responsibilities

  • Explain HomeLight's service to clients and gain an understanding of their specific home buying/selling needs
  • Make initial contact with all home buyers and sellers offering one of our product solutions (you will have a portfolio of products to offer)
  • Field warm leads from home buyers and sellers that come to our HomeLight site - No cold calling!
  • Make every real estate transaction simple, certain and satisfying
  • Navigate our CRM system and provide detailed notes on all client interactions
