Requirements

  • Experience working in a consultative HR Business Partner role for a technology focused organization
  • Excel in building relationships, and people at all levels are comfortable confiding in you
  • Conflict resolution is where you shine, and you are excited to see growth being made within your teams
  • You are someone who leaders turn to for help and advice on how to manage their teams
  • You’re a textbook of information when it comes to knowing HR law and regulations, it would be a plus if you have experience with employment in multiple provinces
  • Experience working in a rapidly scaling company where you’re able to manage several projects
  • You describe yourself as hyper organized and detail oriented
  • You are comfortable with a high-volume workload and are happy to jump in when needed
  • The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check

Responsibilities

  • Play a strong role in recognizing and supporting a performance driven culture with a focus on talent management, coaching and mentoring leaders (from first time managers to seasoned executives) and complex employee relations
  • Understanding business goals, recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to support business objectives, productivity and development of HR within our teams
  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to help develop, retain, and engage high potential and high performing ecopeeps
  • With a hands-on approach, work with our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
