Join PandaDoc's Revenue HR Business Partner team as a vital member supporting global Sales teams across the US, Ukraine, Portugal, and Poland. Reporting to the Global Director of Talent, you will provide day-to-day HR support, analyze data to identify trends and develop solutions, and partner with business leaders. Responsibilities include managing HR initiatives (employee relations, growth & development, compensation, performance management), consulting with leaders, collaborating on training, and acting as a culture ambassador. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of Sales/GTM HR experience in a business partnering capacity, project management skills, and expertise in remote work environments. Requirements
- 1+ years minimum of Sales/GTM Human Resources experience in a business partnering capacity
- Managed HR projects and initiatives
- Know how to work in a distributed and remote environment
- Expert in building a culture of continuous learning
- Able to be a coach for all levels of leadership
- Able to read data and translate insights into action plan
- Build rapport, trust, and execute with excellence
- Ability to manage change
- Fast acting and accessible, able to quickly problem solve and navigate through day-to-day issues that may arise
- Act as a mediator between different levels of the organization
- Panda Partner - for both Employees and Managers
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support for our Sales Organization
- Analyze and make recommendations based on a variety of data, such as exit, pulse, eNPS, demographic, and engagement surveys to spot trends and develop solutions
- Work as a strategic partner to our business leaders
- Have a genuine curiosity and ability to interpret business goals and recommend new approaches to talent and leadership
- A true hands-on approach and a willingness to go to the "frontline" to understand our employees
- Assist with the development, rolling out, and managing of various HR initiatives, such as talent planning, review cycles, merit increases, succession planning, career leveling, etc
- Consult with business leaders at all levels to provide overall people guidance, as it relates to supporting business performance through their teams
- Collaborate with L&D to develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to maximize soft skills
- Act as PandaDoc culture ambassador by living and upholding our Culture Code and values each day
- Take part in various global HR team projects
