Hr Business Partner

Summary

Join LLInformatics, a leading IT consulting company, as an experienced HR Business Partner. You will play a crucial role in enhancing HR processes, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive company culture. Responsibilities include implementing efficient HR solutions, supporting leadership development, managing onboarding/offboarding, and representing LLI at industry events. This remote-first position requires at least 3 years of HRBP experience, proficiency in HR processes, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP
• Have experience in HR processes
• Have experience with B2B contracts
• Possess basic knowledge of labor law
• Have advanced English (C1 level)
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have experience working with remote teams
• Be willing to travel for business purposes

Responsibilities

• Initiate and implement solutions in HR processes that improve efficiency (automating processes, introducing HR tools and systems based on current needs and changes as the organization grows)
• Support leadership and managerial staff in competency development, succession planning, conducting 360-degree annual assessments, recommending promotions, and resolving conflicts
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes (including exit interviews)
• Handle internal and external communication (social media – supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in promoting career opportunities at LLI)
• Create a sustainable organizational culture and actively participate in events within LLI and locally
• Represent LLI at industry events

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in leading training sessions or webinars focused on competency development
