Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, ideally within the IT services industry or a technology-driven organization
- Expertise on Federal and State HR employment laws, and compliance requirements in the US & Canada
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments across time zones
- High cultural intelligence and sensitivity to diverse workforces
- Proficient in English
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in the US & Canada, translating business goals into people strategies
- Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and change management
- Partner with leadership to drive data-informed decisions through workforce analytics and insights
- Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive and engaging work environment
- Support communication strategies to keep employees connected and informed across geographies
- Collaborate on talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs tailored for IT services professionals
- Support performance management and feedback culture through tools like Encourage
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and HR processes in collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs)
- Ensure seamless execution of HR practices aligned with global standards
- Partner with Mexico-based HR colleagues to deliver consistent support for the US & Canada regions
- Navigate cultural nuances and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies
Preferred Qualifications
A master’s or HR certification is a plus
