Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, preferably in IT company
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment skills (at least 50% of the role), especially for engineering and design roles
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership as a strategic advisor on people-related decisions
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to team communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Strong English communication skills (Upper Intermediate or higher)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across global markets (Ukraine, Europe, Latin America)
  • Act as an HR business partner to founders and team leads, advising on hiring plans, team structure, and retention
  • Coordinate smooth pre-boarding and onboarding experiences for new hires
  • Build and maintain HR policies, onboarding frameworks, and process documentation
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives: 1:1s, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and growth planning
  • Strengthen our culture by organizing team-building activities, celebrations, and communication rituals
