Summary

Join Fuel50 as a part-time HR Business Partner to support our growing global organization. This role involves providing strategic and operational HR expertise, advising leaders, managing recruitment, learning, and retention. You will build relationships with business leaders and contribute to our people strategy. The position requires a strong generalist background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours (20-25 hours) are offered, with some flexibility to accommodate global time zones. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner or generalist role
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
• Hold the relevant right to work in NZ i.e. Citizenship or a work visa at the time of application

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR expertise
• Advise and coach leaders on creating a compelling people environment that delivers both engagement and performance
• Manage the other pillars of HR including recruitment, learning and retention
• Build trusted relationships with our business leaders
• Serve as a source of guidance to our executive team
• Work across time zones, with some evening or morning calls as needed
