Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a (senior) HR Business Partner
  • Experience within a similar organization is desired; experience with, among other things, the Supply Chain department is desired
  • Independent, but also strong in collaboration
  • Experience operating at management level
  • Vision on human-centered leadership
  • Project-based work
  • Knowledge of Works Council processes
  • Proven ability to implement and improve HR policy
  • Experience in developing and managing change processes
  • The ability to work effectively with various departments
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and foster a positive work atmosphere
  • A strategic mindset and experience at a tactical and strategic level, but not afraid to get your hands dirty

Responsibilities

  • Understand the organization's and departments' strategies and translate them into objectives in collaboration with the directors
  • Implement the HR strategy
  • Co-develop leadership within the various departments
  • Proactively advise the management on HR-related matters
  • Identify talent needs and develop strategies for recruitment, selection, development, retention, and succession planning
  • Maintain contact with the Works Council
  • Analyze HR-related data to identify trends and insights
  • Predict future trends and advise management and determine strategy
  • Analyze data on employee satisfaction and engagement and address any problems
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate HR data to stakeholders within the organization
  • Support change initiatives and ensure acceptance
  • Identify and minimize potential risks
  • Provide training and support during the transition to new systems or processes
  • Evaluate the progress of changes based on pre-determined objectives

  • An annual salary, including holiday allowance, up to a maximum of €90,000 (depending on experience)
