Requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Experience using or implementing PeopleForce, Notion, or similar systems (CRM, ATS, or HRIS)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and follow through
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily HR-related tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently and on time
- Lead and manage the companyโs internal knowledge base in Notion, keeping it well-organized, up-to-date, and accessible to the team
- Set up and maintain PeopleForce (HRIS/ATS) for internal use, in collaboration with the PeopleForce support team
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to streamline internal processes
- Ensure documentation is aligned, consistent, and compliant with internal standards
- Provide basic support and training to employees on how to use PeopleForce and Notion
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems beyond PeopleForce (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
- Experience working in tech or remote-first companies
- Background in process documentation or knowledge management
- Background in HR
