Summary

Join our client's team as a detail-oriented HR Coordinator with 5+ years of experience. You will support daily operations, playing a key role in the employee lifecycle, from scheduling interviews and onboarding to managing freelancers and timesheets. The position is remote with EST hours and offers a salary of $3,000 USD/month and 15 days of PTO plus holidays. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting freelancers and contractors, and handling timesheet and reporting tasks. You will also provide general People Operations support and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR or People Operations environment

Responsibilities

  • Interview & Meeting Coordination
  • Schedule interviews and internal meetings for candidates and team members
  • Manage shared calendars and ensure all logistics are in place
  • Collaborate with executive assistants and team leads to support coordination needs
  • Onboarding
  • Prepare and send offer letters for new hires
  • Set up systems access, calendar invites, and onboarding documents
  • Schedule orientation sessions and introductory meetings
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure all steps are completed smoothly
  • Offboarding
  • Support documentation and communications for employee offboarding
  • Update internal systems, deactivate accounts, and schedule exit interviews
  • Ensure accurate tracking of departures and offboarding tasks
  • Freelancer & Contractor Support
  • Assist with contract creation, routing for signature, and documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding, access setup, and scheduling for freelance workers
  • Track timelines, documentation, and status in shared tools
  • Timesheet & Reporting Support
  • Monitor timesheet submissions and follow up on missing or unsubmitted time
  • Prepare and distribute utilization and resource management reports
  • Maintain accuracy in internal dashboards and tracking tools
  • General People Operations Support
  • Keep digital records organized and up to date
  • Help improve and streamline People Ops workflows and documentation
  • Serve as a go-to contact for HR-related processes and questions
