Summary

Think Academy is seeking a bilingual (English and Mandarin) HR Coordinator to support their US business's daily HR operations. The role offers career growth potential as an internship or contract position with the possibility of full-time conversion. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of related experience in HR tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, general HR administration, HRIS management, and HR billing management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with exposure to US HR practices
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HRIS systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for US operations
• Support a range of HR operations, including but not limited to, maintaining HR records, managing employee queries, and assisting with HR policy implementation
• Maintain and update HRIS on a timely manner
• Oversee and manage HR-related billing processes, including verifying and processing invoices and liaising with finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and company standards. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and documentation
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives as directed, contributing to the improvement and efficiency of HR services
