Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with exposure to US HR practices
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HRIS systems is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for US operations
  • Support a range of HR operations, including but not limited to, maintaining HR records, managing employee queries, and assisting with HR policy implementation
  • Maintain and update HRIS on a timely manner to ensure HR process and system efficiency
  • Oversee and manage HR-related billing processes, including verifying and processing invoices and liaising with finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and company standards. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and documentation
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives as directed, contributing to the improvement and efficiency of HR services
