Summary
Join Deel, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as an in-house HR expert for Bulgaria. You will manage the entire EOR employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, providing comprehensive support and resolving complex HR issues. This role requires strong analytical and data-driven skills, experience with HRIS systems, and fluency in English and Bulgarian. Requirements
- 3-5+ years of International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
- Having qualifications and certifications in HR is a valuable asset
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian languages (Romanian language is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
- Data driven: you challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience
Responsibilities
- Being our in house HR expert for Bulgaria , and handling all complex people related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel
- Owning and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits
- Providing a high-level of support to our EOR employees, being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
- Providing a high touch local experience where required, and helping the product and operations team create systems that can scale with Deel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
