HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will support the operational needs of a permanent, always-on entertainment space by partnering closely with on-site HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Operations. Your work will ensure a seamless employee experience, from pre-hire through exit, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar HR roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
• Skilled in knowledge management and creating user-friendly documentation
• Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk) and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Serve as a front-line support partner to the on-site HR Manager for employee-related operations
• Ensure a consistent, seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, and Talent Acquisition
• Build and maintain process documentation including Work Instructions and Job Aids
• Support project-based work by documenting processes and training operational teams
