Summary

This role involves supporting the operational needs of a permanent entertainment space by partnering with on-site HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Operations. You will ensure a seamless employee experience, from pre-hire through exit, in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time contract opportunity with potential for extension, offering flexibility to support multiple time zones. The ideal candidate thrives in operational environments and cross-functional collaboration. The position is remote initially but will transition to 100% in-office at the end of the year.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar HR roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Skilled in knowledge management and creating user-friendly documentation
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk) and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front-line support partner to the on-site HR Manager for employee-related operations
  • Ensure a consistent, seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, and Talent Acquisition
  • Build and maintain process documentation including Work Instructions and Job Aids
  • Support project-based work by documenting processes and training operational teams
