Requirements
- 3β4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar HR roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Skilled in knowledge management and creating user-friendly documentation
- Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk) and data-driven decision making
Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line support partner to the on-site HR Manager for employee-related operations
- Ensure a consistent, seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, and Talent Acquisition
- Build and maintain process documentation including Work Instructions and Job Aids
- Support project-based work by documenting processes and training operational teams
