Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in HR, talent management, or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in performance management
- Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights and support to achieve shared goals
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing data, using metrics to inform decisions, and a detail-oriented mindset (proficiency in spreadsheets is essential)
- Proactivity & Independence: Self-starter who excels with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams
- Flexibility: Availability to overlap with team members from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM PT, with flexibility for extended hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for managers, providing guidance, support, and creative solutions to drive engagement and productivity
- Act as a trusted advisor for team members and leaders on HR policies, talent development, and organizational needs
- Support management of team member relations cases, including investigations, documenting findings, coaching leaders, and recommending solutions
- Partner with leaders to assess and shape organizational structures within their teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Implement and continuously improve scalable people processes, such as performance reviews, succession planning, compensation programs, etc
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt processes that meet both current needs and long-term goals
- Monitor talent performance and engagement through data analysis, identifying trends and addressing challenges proactively
- Leverage insights to recommend innovative approaches for team development and organizational success
- Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly
- Embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to identify gaps and create impactful, scalable solutions
- Take on additional projects as needed, reflecting the evolving needs of a high-growth organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of corporate finance, economics, or statistics
- Familiarity with compliance and employment laws across multiple regions, particularly in India and Brazil
