Summary
Join Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services company, as a recruiter. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage stakeholders, and data management skills. A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA in HR preferred. Requirements
- Be a go-getter and individual contributor
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills
- Possess a learning attitude
- Have a minimum qualification of Graduation
- Have a Graduation or be pursuing a PG degree
Responsibilities
- Source profiles according to business needs
- Schedule and brief candidates about the profile
- Manage stakeholders when asked
- Drive the entire recruitment process
- Capture and update data on MIS
- Perform other HR activities
