Requirements

  • Be located in the area of Athens, Greece
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage with engineering, product, and other specialized teams
  • Expertise in sourcing through diverse channels (LinkedIn, etc.) and building robust talent pipelines
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational management skills. Fluency in English is a must
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Craft engaging job descriptions and drive recruitment campaigns that attract top-tier tech talent
  • Source top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a seamless hiring process
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align hiring strategies with business objectives and future growth
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical tech roles to meet evolving business needs
  • Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability
  • Optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment technologies for efficiency
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows
  • Strengthen our employer brand through social media, career events, and community engagement
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) by implementing inclusive hiring strategies and fostering diverse talent pipelines
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics, providing insights to improve processes and promote equity
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed from day one
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Visit our Athens coworking space (Marousi) for engagement events as needed
  • Support the People team with HR projects as needed
