Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a global context or focused on sales and pre-sales roles
- Proficiency with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles across various time zones, with a focus on delivering results
- Flexible approach to managing recruitment in fast-changing environments
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across regions to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and strategize sourcing approaches
- Build and manage pipelines for critical roles, focusing on high-caliber candidates for sales and pre-sales positions within the cybersecurity sector
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in the US, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Source, engage, and interview top talent from diverse global talent pools to meet SOCRadarβs evolving business needs
- Maintain a consistent and efficient recruitment process across all regions, adapting strategies as needed for local markets
- Ensure a positive, transparent experience for candidates, from the initial screening through the interview and onboarding stages
- Engage with candidates to communicate our values, culture, and opportunities for growth at SOCRadar
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and department leaders to streamline and optimize the recruitment process
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, supporting the promotion of SOCRadar as an employer of choice in the cybersecurity industry
- Track key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire, and report on recruiting activities and outcomes
- Recommend improvements to the recruitment process based on data insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or technology industries
- Experience with recruitment in the APAC, EMEA, and US regions, understanding of cultural nuances, and global hiring best practices
