Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a contact centre or gaming environment
  • Proven track record of supporting remote teams in a fast-paced, dynamic industry
  • Familiarity with HR best practices in the Philippines, including labour laws and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for driving employee success
  • Experience with HR systems and tools to streamline processes and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Managing the onboarding process from offer paperwork through to successful integration into the organization
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Partnering with department heads to identify talent needs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Supporting initiatives to upskill and provide resources for employees to reach their potential
  • Developing and implementing strategies to retain top talent in competitive markets
  • Supporting managers with performance evaluations and driving initiatives to improve productivity and engagement
  • Ensuring adherence to local labour laws and maintaining up-to-date employee records
  • Managing policies and procedures that meet the needs of a remote, globally distributed workforce
  • Organizing virtual and in-person initiatives to enhance team morale and connectivity in a remote setting
