Summary

You will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and compliance. Requirements

• A genuine passion for working with people and helping them grow
• Experience in team leadership or people management (formal or informal roles count!)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• An open mind and a willingness to learn from both successes and setbacks
• A knack for creating an inclusive and supportive team environment
• Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a dynamic work setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and HR best practices
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-scale organization, preferably in the tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry
