Summary
Join Connectbase, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as their HR Manager! Reporting to the CFO, you will lead and develop the HR function, manage a Shared Services model, oversee benefits programs, and contribute to the total rewards strategy. You will also develop and implement HR policies, partner with the finance team, manage HR compliance, and handle disciplinary processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent, 5+ years of HR experience, and experience with a Shared Services function. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with recruiting talent and supporting leaders’ recruitment needs required
- At least 5+ years of HR experience in an HR Operations role; at least 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience supporting an HR Shared Services function in a high-growth organization
- A thorough understanding of employee Benefits vendors, systems and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience partnering across all levels of the organization
- A demonstrated ability to build policies, programs and procedures in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and extremely fun environment

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR function, supporting Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS Policy and Compliance
- Manage and elevate the Shared Services model to centralize HR functions and provide efficient, friendly support to our growing team
- Oversee all aspects of Connectbase benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement programs; balancing cost competitiveness with ensuring Connectbase’s strong talent proposition
- Assist with the development, design, and administration of the total Rewards strategy, including all components of our Compensation Philosophy and Annual Review process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable country, state, and federal laws in partnership with our Co-Employer of Record as well as global payroll partners; revise and maintain our Employee Handbook as necessary
- Partner with the Finance team on payroll support
- Manage, with our Co-Employer of Record as well as global payroll partners, all aspects of HR compliance, reporting and reconciliation activities, including OSHA, FLSA, E-Verify, 1095-C, 5500, EEO-1, and others as required by client MSAs
- Handle any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
- Manage, in partnerships with the Immigration Attorney, visa filings and oversight
- Maintain data integrity and documentation in SharePoint folders, personnel files and HR systems through regular audits and testing
Preferred Qualifications
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
